Bring a little old-world magic to your hands.
In this broom-making workshop, you’ll create two turkey wing hand brooms (small handheld brooms—no long handle). We’ll start with a guided, step-by-step broom made together so you learn the technique and get comfortable with the materials.
Then you’ll make a second broom with lighter guidance, giving you room to plan your design, refine your wrap, and personalize it with dried/faux florals and charms. By the end, you’ll understand how you got there—so you can repeat the process at home or experiment with other materials!

What your ticket includes
- All broom making materials
- tampico fiber
- waxed thread
- use of a wood broom binding foot brake
- scissors, pliers, and leather or fabric loppers
- Faux flowers and charms for second broom
- Guided step-by-step instruction
- 2 finished turkey wing brooms to take home
- Setup + cleanup handled for you
Age policy
- Recommended 15+
- Please wear socks; we'll be using our feet to hold the binding brake.
- Hand dexterity is a strong recommendation as we'll be holding the waxed thread taut the entire process of each broom.
Refund policy
Because seating is limited and supplies are purchased in advance:
- No refunds within 7 days of the event
- Cancellations more than 7 days before the event can choose a refund or ticket transfer/credit (if available)
- You can transfer your ticket to a friend—just message me the name for check-in

Check-in is at Three Notch’d Brewery.
