FAQ SHIPPING
"How long does it take to process my order?"
Please allow me 1-4 business days to process your order. This is a small business and one person is handling all of the components. The timing on your order is broken down into the length of time to make it, and how many orders I am currently working on. If more than 4 days are needed on your project, I will inform you as soon as I'm aware, and stay in contact with you via email. Custom orders may take 3-8 days. "How do I track my shipment?"
I would highly recommend downloading the Shop app, a free app available for iOS and Android! I will also send you a confirmation email after you purchase your item(s), and another email with the tracking number when the item ships.
"How much does shipping cost?"
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on where you are shipping to, and which option you choose. Shipping is free to the contiguous US for purchases over $50.

"When will my item ship?"
Most items will ship within 1-4 business days of receiving order and payment via USPS First Class Mail (for packages under 15oz) or USPS Priority Mail (for packages over 15 oz). Delivery time will be estimated (based on USPS transit/delivery times) at checkout. Custom orders will be ready to ship in 3-8  business days of receiving order and payment.

Full Shipping Policy

My order processing times are separate from the shipping times that you see at checkout. Depending on the item(s) ordered, your item(s) will be ready to ship in 1-4 business days. unless marked "Made to order" or custom. 
Shipping can take from 3 business days up to two weeks depending on what shipping zone you are in, and the backup USPS has been dealing with since the holiday season of 2020 due to Covid-19. Most orders are shipped via USPS mail and we do not necessarily ship on Sundays or holidays.

Please keep in mind that as soon as your package leaves my hands into that of the Postal worker's, I cannot change the speed of the process. 

Custom orders can take 3 - 8 days to make and process.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer therefore customer must provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. itotiCrafts is not responsible for any lost items due to incorrect addresses. If the order is returned to itotiCrafts due to invalid or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees and must pay for fees before order can be reshipped to the correct address.

Customer will receive an email update with a tracking number as soon as order has been shipped. The tracking information will be updated periodically and can take up to two days for the system to update any current info.

Please be aware that itotiCrafts is not responsible for any shipping errors made by the shipping service or for orders lost or stolen during transit. Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for it and it is out of our control. We cannot refund or replace items that do not make it to you. Option is available for insurance at checkout & is the responsibility of the shipping service.
